How it works
- 1. Settle quietly first. Do not try to slow your breathing.
- 2. When the measurement opens, tap once as your next natural inhale begins. That starts the timer.
- 3. Keep tapping at each inhale start until the two-minute timer ends.
Honest data matters more than an impressive number. Stay relaxed, avoid changing the pace on purpose, and breathe as you normally would.
