How it works

  1. 1. Settle quietly first. Do not try to slow your breathing.
  2. 2. When the measurement opens, tap once as your next natural inhale begins. That starts the timer.
  3. 3. Keep tapping at each inhale start until the two-minute timer ends.

Honest data matters more than an impressive number. Stay relaxed, avoid changing the pace on purpose, and breathe as you normally would.
