This assessment measures the relationship between your inhale length and exhale length across six natural breath cycles. It is not about chasing a perfect ratio. The goal is to see whether your current pattern feels steady, or whether longer-exhale practice may help you settle.

How it works
- 1. Settle first without trying to change the breath.
- 2. Start the sample as your next natural inhale begins.
- 3. Keep breathing continuously. Tap when exhale starts, then when inhale starts.
- 4. The app averages your inhale-to-exhale timing across six complete cycles.
Do not strain or force either side of the breath. Stay relaxed, keep the breath moving, and pause if you catch yourself trying to create a bigger number.
