Terms of Service

Auralize is currently in Early Access. Everything on the platform is free for account holders while we grow. During this period features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. When paid plans are introduced, we will announce it clearly in advance — nothing will silently start charging you, and Early Access members will be recognized with preferential terms.

Auralize provides breathing exercises, self-assessments, and educational content for general wellness and training purposes. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Scores such as CO₂ tolerance or BOLT are training feedback, not clinical measurements. Consult a physician before starting breath training if you have any medical condition, and read our Safety page before practicing.

Breathwork — especially techniques involving breath holds or fast breathing — carries inherent risks, including dizziness, tingling, and in rare cases fainting. By using Auralize you confirm that you are voluntarily choosing to practice, that you will follow the in-app safety guidance (never practice in water, while driving, or standing during intense techniques; end every breath hold at the first clear urge to breathe), and that you practice at your own risk.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and use one account per person.
• You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, scrape or resell content at scale, reverse-engineer non-public APIs, or use Auralize to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Auralize product — including programs, assessments, articles, audio, and design — belongs to Aura Points LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it through the service. Data you record about your own practice is yours; you can export it at any time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Points LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for personal injury arising from your practice of breathing techniques, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using Auralize at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service, and we may discontinue the service itself; if we do, we will give account holders reasonable notice to export their data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Aura Points LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms as the product evolves; significant changes will be announced to account holders, and continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: hello@aurapoints.org.
