Power Capacity

Power capacity shows how your system responds to repeated high-ventilation rounds and breath holds. Use it to set a safe priming pace for activation-focused training. This assessment measures your starting hold, third hold, and average hold across three rounds at your Ignition pace (0.8x pace).

Protocol

  1. 1. Complete 30 metered power breaths, then end the hold at first clear air hunger.
  2. 2. After each empty hold, take the guided recovery inhale, hold full, then exhale into the next round.
  3. 3. Your average hold unlocks one of five priming paces for future tests and the matching program.
