Power Capacity
Power capacity shows how your system responds to repeated high-ventilation rounds and breath holds. Use it to set a safe priming pace for activation-focused training. This assessment measures your starting hold, third hold, and average hold across three rounds at your Ignition pace (0.8x pace).

Protocol
- 1. Complete 30 metered power breaths, then end the hold at first clear air hunger.
- 2. After each empty hold, take the guided recovery inhale, hold full, then exhale into the next round.
- 3. Your average hold unlocks one of five priming paces for future tests and the matching program.
